By accessing our website, booking consultation calls, submitting translation forms, or utilizing our digital localization platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables Ownership

• Client Ownership of Translations: Upon full payment of agreed fees, the Client holds 100% exclusive intellectual property, copyright, and distribution rights to all finalized translated texts, localized media, and customized deliverables.
• Company IP: BhashaTantra retains all proprietary rights to its core translation algorithms, digital platform infrastructure, linguistic training models, trademarks, and website code.
• Confidentiality: We treat all client source files, proprietary terminology glossaries, and business data as strictly confidential under non-disclosure obligations.

3. Payments, Fees & Taxes

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or United States Dollars (USD) as specified. Payments processed via our website are handled through RBI-compliant and PCI-DSS certified payment aggregators (Stripe / Razorpay).

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged on invoices for Indian entities in accordance with Government of India regulations.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree not to use BhashaTantra services or digital platforms to transmit, localize, or publish any material that:

• Violates any applicable Indian law, state regulation, or international treaty.
• Contains defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hate speech, or unlawful content.
• Contains computer viruses, malware, trojans, or attempts unauthorized penetration probing.
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
