His experience spans business development, market expansion, client engagement, partnerships, localization, and digital marketing giving him a broad perspective on how businesses identify opportunities and build connections across markets.
At Bhasha Tantra, his focus is on connecting these capabilities: helping businesses understand multilingual markets, identify opportunities, and build the capabilities required for sustainable growth.
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta's Executive Education Program, he brings together business perspective and industry experience to help shape Bhasha Tantra's broader vision an ecosystem where language connects with strategy, technology, and market opportunity.
Amrita Mohanty
Amrita's journey across corporate environments, academics, and the language & localization industry has shaped a perspective where people and processes are equally central to growth.
With an MBA in HR and a PhD in Emotional Intelligence, she brings together expertise in HR, project management, vendor management, strategic accounts, and production operations.
At Bhasha Tantra, she leads HR and Operations, focusing on effective processes, strong teams, operational coordination, and seamless project execution.
