verified Fair & Transparent Service Guarantee
At BhashaTantra, we strive for 100% client satisfaction in every linguistic localization and strategic consultation engagement. This policy outlines our cancellation windows, milestone dispute mechanisms, and refund processing turnaround times.
1. Consultation Call Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation call up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time through your self-service booking management link.
- Cancellations & Full Refunds: If you cancel a paid consultation session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time slot, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or unattended meetings (no-shows), are non-refundable to compensate the consultant for reserved time.
2. Translation & Localization Project Engagements
- Before Work Commences: If a client cancels a project before linguists or engineers have initiated translation work, a full refund (minus payment processing gateway fees) will be issued.
- In-Progress Work: If cancellation occurs after work has begun, billing will be prorated based on the percentage of word count or milestones completed. Remaining unutilized balances will be refunded.
- Quality Guarantee & Free Revisions: If deliverable translations contain demonstrable linguistic errors or fail agreed glossary specifications, BhashaTantra will provide unlimited revisions free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
